Refund Policy
At Vintage Wholesale Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality merchandise to our valued customers. We understand that satisfaction is paramount, and we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of the following refund and return policy.
Disclaimer:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise due to dissatisfaction with styles or fit.
We suggest trying small quantities before ordering larger quantities to make sure the quality suits your needs. This is the used clothing industry and there is no such thing as perfect product. We allow for up to 15% grade B in each mix, including minor holes or permanent stains. Washable stains are also included in orders as we do not wash any garments.
No Refunds or Returns:
We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any merchandise. By making a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Limited exception. With that being said, it has always been our policy to do the right thing when we make a mistake such as sending too many damaged items or sending the wrong category. These cases are very rare but we are human and can make mistakes. If you feel your order has significantly more than 15%, generally considered to be more than 5% above 15%, damaged items or you received the wrong category, simply contact us with photos of the entire mix that was sent. We will always make it right as our reputation and customer satisfaction will always be our top priority. We will not accept ANY returns or exchanges past 30 days.
Quality and Condition:
Please be aware that the merchandise we offer may include used or vintage items, and their condition may vary. We recommend trying small quantities before ordering larger quantities to ensure they meet your needs. It's important to understand that we do not guarantee perfection in our products, and they may have imperfections, including minor holes, permanent stains, or washable stains. Garments are not washed before shipment.
Mistakes and Damaged Items:
In the event that we make an error by sending too many damaged items or items from the wrong category, please contact us with photos of the entire mix that was sent. We will make every effort to rectify the situation as customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Order Cancellation:
Orders that have already been packed are subject to a 10% restocking fee if canceled.
Shipping and Handling Fees Deduction:
Shipping and handling fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.
Customer Responsibilities:
To initiate a refund request, customers are responsible for providing the following information: order number or reference; a detailed description of the issue, including photographs; and any other documentation or evidence as required and reasonably requested. Failure to provide the necessary information may result in delays in processing your refund request. We encourage you to contact our customer support team for prompt.
